Basil Strawberries with Ricotta

Ingredients

7 oz ricotta cheese (part skim milk)

1 ½ cups strawberries (~8 oz)

7 almonds (~⅓ oz)

1 ¼ tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 oz)

optional: 2 tsp fresh basil (chopped)

optional: 1 ¼ tbsp balsamic vinegar/modena vinegar (~⅔ oz)

Directions

Put ricotta cheese in a bowl and set aside.

Strawberries: wash, remove stem, and slice. Add to bowl.

Basil: wash, chop, and add to bowl.

Chop almonds and add to bowl.

Drizzle vinegar and honey on top and enjoy!
